If I cancel my booking, when can I expect my refund?

Refund will be processed by the method of payment used by the customer while making the transaction except when the payment is made in cash where refund is given through Cheque or online transfer. Depending upon the kind of transaction made by the customer, eligibility of refund is defined. In all such cases, Travelkart doesn’t refund the service charge and payment of refund is subject to the cancellation charges as per the cancellation policy shared with the client during the course of transaction.

Travelkart initiates the refund process within 5-7 working days of getting the cancellation request online or on phone. Refund amount confirmation is sent to the email address shared by the customer at the time of booking. However, money may reflect within 3-14 business days in customer’s bank account.
